Palus Demos partner in association with The Rivers Trust, in association with South Kerry Development Partnership CLG, invite you to a free event showcasing paludiculture.
Paludiculture is expanding across Europe, with pilots showing potential for diversified farm income from species such as sphagnum moss, Typha, berries and food crops, carbon credits and adapted grazing systems. The PaludiFair will highlight Irish and European examples as well as other work taking place within the peatland landscape whilst creating a welcoming space for you to discover some of the products emerging from this growing sector and to learn about its potential in Ireland.
Palus Demos will have a stand at the event.
